Requirements

Required Skills

• 
  5+ years of experience as a DBA/DBE performing database administration, engineering, or design in support of system engineering, software development, or related activities
• 
  Experience with any of the following technologies and applications:
• 
  MS SQL Server
• 
  PostgreSQL
• 
  MySQL
• 
  Oracle DB
• 
  AWS Aurora, RDS
• 
  ArcGIS
• 
  RESTful web services
• 
  Experience with any of the following a plus:
• 
  Java/Javascript
• 
  HTML/CSS
• 
  SharePoint
• 
  Powershell
• 
  Power BI
• 
  Tableau
• 
  Docker
• 
  Atlassian suite (Jira, etc.)

  Cloud-based platforms
• 
  Ability to work in both Windows and Linux environments a strong plus

  Bachelor’s degree in system engineering field or equivalent technical/scientific discipline from an accredited institution
• 
  20+ years of related professional experience (Parsons will consider a candidate with less experience, but a different LCAT would have to be used)
• 
  Must be able to work in a flexible/fluid environment.
• 
  Strong written and verbal communicate skills.
• 
  Ability to facilitate/lead IT projects and teams.
