We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Database Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with both SQL and No-SQL databases, along with a strong background in creating and maintaining data structures that drive business intelligence (BI) tools such as Power BI. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, optimizing database performance, and providing actionable insights through effective data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Database Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain SQL and No-SQL databases that support various business applications.
Data Integration: Implement data integration solutions, ensuring seamless flow of data between systems.
Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring high availability and reliability.
Reporting & Analytics: Create sophisticated queries and scripts to generate reports and dashboards in Power BI or other BI tools, providing key insights to stakeholders.
Data Security: Implement and enforce database security protocols to protect sensitive information.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of database structures, procedures, and standards.
Required Skills:
Technical Proficiency:
Strong experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server).
Proficiency in No-SQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis).
Experience in using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
Understanding of data warehousing and data lakes.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret intricate data sets.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in database development and management.
