s:

List the key expected output (work items to produce or be in charge of)

• Improve the service standards to meet SLAs' and KPIs'.
• Ensure data base of Dolphin Carrier and SAP system to be well performance and keep improvement for more efficiency
• Ensure reported DBA staff to follow the same direction for better database system improvement.
• Able to work independently and manage and prioritize multiple ongoing project tasks
• Effectively communicate status, changes, and issues to the relevant parties and stakeholders
• Improve and establish SOPs for DSAP and DCS systems to achieve operational excellence.
• Establish new sound security policies and procedures to protect database (DCS and DSAP) operations and processes when required.

List the key roles (day-to-day main duties)

• Maintain and support 24 x 7 availability of company Mission Critical Production Systems.
• Assign, schedule and manage the duties of DBA team members.
• Review database health check reports , backup reports to ensure the continuous database.
• Periodic review and update of SOPs for databases to maintain services standards.
• Secures database by developing policies, procedures, and controls.
• Setting up and testing new database and data handling systems and Forecast and plan capacity and performance upgrades.
• Periodic testing of recovery strategies to support disaster recovery operations.
• Train/Coach junior staff for knowledge improvement and Development of talent management roadmap for team.
• and Support SAP BASIS to develop SOP Policy and periodic review of SAP
• Assist Head of Infra (Infrastructure and DBA) to monitor network and DBA and also be Head of Infra advisor for new technology Health

Qualifications :

• 3-5 years of experience within the Database Administration Manager or relate
• Database Admin /Database Development background
• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in IT related discipline / Communication Science or relate
• 2+ years of Database Management / Web Programmer Experience
• Relevant IT professional certification
