What You Will Do:
• Validate and accurately capture information from customer documents, including invoices, claims, utility documents, and other system-generated forms.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and service quality while meeting daily productivity and quality targets.
• Identify and report abnormalities within the data validation process to support timely resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve data validation processes and operational efficiency.
• Comply with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 20001, Xerox Romania internal policies, Workplace Health & Safety (WHS), and Fire Prevention and Extinction (FPE) requirements.
What You Need to Succeed:
• High school graduation diploma ("Bacalaureat") is required.
• English language proficiency at B1/B2 level.
• Good PC skills, including Microsoft Office, with fast and accurate keyboard skills.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and concentration for extended periods.
• Strong communication, teamwork, adaptability, integrity, reliability, and willingness to work reasonable overtime when required.

Preferred Qualifications:
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level.
