Job Description

Data Validator is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and maintaining accurate data records to ensure data integrity, consistency, and completeness across operational systems and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify, review, and update data entries with high accuracy.
• Validate reports, spreadsheets, and data records against defined standards.
• Identify, investigate, and report discrepancies or incomplete information.
• Maintain data quality and accuracy in daily operations.
• Organize and manage validation records and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve data-related issues.
• Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduation (bachelor’s degree) is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Professional attitude with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage confidential data responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in data validation, data entry, or data quality roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with reporting and validation processes is an advantage.
