We are constructing a state-of-the-art underground mine to enable the extraction of Polyhalite – a unique multi-nutrient fertiliser – along with the necessary infrastructure both above and below ground that will be required for transport, processing, and distribution.

POLY4 is our flagship multi-nutrient fertiliser product. Made from polyhalite, it contains four of the six macro-nutrients and many micronutrients that are essential to plant growth. It allows farmers to maximize their crop yield, increase quality and improve soil structure with one simple product.

Join us as a Data Transformation Administrator on a 12 month fixed term contractwhere you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of a fit for purpose records keeping platform by transferring historic hard copy medical records to a modern digitised system that enables compliance with data guidelines and efficiencies in searching and reporting on medical data.

Your Duties will include:

Data & Documentation Management

  • Ensuring retention and storage of digital documentation meets legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensuring management of sensitive health and wellbeing data.
  • Transferring hard copy health records to the digitized system.

Audit & Compliance

  • Conduct regular audits of digital system to guarantee consistency and adherence to standards.
  • Ensure compliance to data protection regulations.

Health & Wellness Integration

  • Align Crop Nutrients record management with Anglo American requirements through the digital system.

Technology Implementation

  • Ability to use multiple systems for data management.

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in similar role
  • Evidence of experience working within a role handling sensitive data (desirable)
  • Experienced working in a dynamic team
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite

Technical Skills:

Data & Documentation Management

  • Digital Records Management Systems Proficiency in managing Electronic Document Management Systems.
  • Data Migration Ability to digitize and transfer historical hard-copy records into secure digital systems.
  • Data Governance Knowledge of data lifecycle management, retention policies, and legal compliance frameworks.

Audit & Compliance

  • Regulatory Knowledge Good Understanding of GDPR and other data protection regulations.

Technology Implementation

  • Project Management Proficiency in tools like Civica for managing implementation projects.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaboration Platforms Skilled in using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
