职位描述
负责具身智能数据体系的规划、建设与经营，统筹数采硬件、数据生产、数据工程、数据算法及平台基础设施，推动数据资产持续转化为模型能力与业务价值。 职位职责 1、制定具身智能数据战略，围绕预训练、后训练和评测需求，规划人体采集、遥操作、仿真合成及开源数据的数据金字塔。 2、负责数据项目端到端管理，连接大模型、机器人软硬件、数据团队，保障关键数据按质量、成本与进度交付。 3、统筹传感器、采集设备、边缘计算及存储等数采系统的选型、集成、标定、部署与规模化运营。 4、推动数据采集、清洗、标注、治理、版本管理和回流链路建设，提升数据生产效率、质量与可追溯性。 5、推进数据平台与 Data Infra 建设，包括数据流水线、数据资产管理、数据检索、质量监控及模型训练接口。 6、建立“数据—训练—评测—真机表现”的收益归因机制，持续优化数据配比与生产策略。 7、建立数据经营体系，管理产能、成本、预算和资源利用率，对数据单价、有效数据率及模型收益负责。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、机器人、自动化等相关专业优先。 2、3 年以上项目管理或 TPM 经验，有机器人、AI 数据平台或复杂软硬件项目经验。 3、深刻理解具身智能数据金字塔，熟悉多模态数据生产、训练、评测与回流闭环。 4、熟悉数据工程和平台架构，有数据平台、Data Infra、MLOps 或大规模数据流水线建设经验。 5、具备经营思维，能够搭建产能、成本和收益模型，通过数据驱动资源配置与优先级决策。 6、具备较强的技术理解、系统规划和跨团队推动能力。 加分项 1、有机器人基础模型、VLA、模仿学习或多模态模型数据体系建设经验。 2、有遥操作、仿真与合成数据、真机数采或数采硬件规模化部署经验。 3、有从 0 到 1 建设数据平台或支撑大规模模型训练的成功案例。 4、有数据资产经营、外部数据供应链或规模化数据生产经验。
