The position

Are you looking for a role where you can transform data into actionable insights and play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making? Join our Data to Analytics (D2A) team as a Data to Analytics Specialist, where you will generate high-quality reports and dashboards tailored to meet organizational objectives.

Tasks & responsibilities

As a Specialist Data Analyst, you will:

  • Generate Reports and Dashboards – Create accurate and timely reports and dashboards using tools like SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Power BI, following predefined templates and guidelines.
  • Design Basic Visualizations – Develop straightforward dashboards and visualizations to make data accessible to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders – Assist in gathering reporting requirements and align with stakeholders under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Validate and Test Data – Perform basic data validation and testing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Maintain Published Reports – Update and maintain existing reports and dashboards as per the agreed schedule.
  • Document Reporting Processes – Create and update basic documentation for reports and dashboards, including data sources and logic.
  • Provide Business Support – Act as the first point of contact for simple reporting issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members.
  • Ensure Data Compliance – Follow established guidelines to ensure secure and compliant data access.
  • Develop Training Materials – Assist in creating user guides and training materials for stakeholders.
  • Optimize Reporting Workflows – Suggest minor improvements to reporting workflows under the supervision of senior team members.

About our future employee

You should be fluent in English (min. B2+ level) and have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with data visualization tools such as Power BI and/or SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

Additionally, we are looking for a candidate with:

  • University degree – minimum bachelor’s degree (Business Information Technology, Business Analytics, Mathematics & Statistics, Economics or similar),
  • Experience in project work and/or run support,
  • Good to extensive experience in SAP / ERP processes,
  • Dedicated team player with good communication skills, and a structured way of working,
  • Agile, accountable, and proactive mindset with a dedicated solution and result orientation,
  • Knowledge of Snowflake would be an advantage,
  • Experience with agile methods (e.g. SCRUM, Kanban) and tools (e.g., JIRA) would be an advantage,
  • German language skills would be an additional asset,
  • Experience with tools such as Invoicetrack would be an advantage.
