営業部門の企画支援、デジタルツールの導入・運用、オペレーションサポートを通じて、社
内の意思決定を円滑に進めるためのデータ管理・分析・文書作成などを行います。

主な業務内容：

• 見積業務支援
  • 社内見積システムを使用してデータを抽出し、Excelフォーマットに整理・更新。
  • 営業部門と連携し、見積内容の確認・共有・決裁プロセスのサポート。
• データ管理・分析
  • 医療機器（画像診断装置）に関するデータの抽出、入力、整理、加工、分析
  • Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Outlook、Teams、専用システムを活用した業務遂行
• レポート作成
  • 受注データのレポートフォーマット作成およびレポート作成業務
• 社内調整・問い合わせ対応
  • 営業部門、決裁者、IT部門などとの連携・調整。
  • 社内システムの不具合対応や問い合わせ対応。
• 部内アシスタント業務
  • 会議資料作成、スケジュール調整、その他庶務的業務
