Job Description

Join our Fraud Investigation team and play a key role in driving data strategy, operational reporting, and process optimization initiatives that support global Procurement and Investigation operations.

As a Data Strategy Sr. Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting solutions, monitoring data quality, supporting strategic initiatives, and delivering actionable insights to business stakeholders. This position requires a strong combination of analytical thinking, data management expertise, automation capabilities, and stakeholder management skills.

You will serve as a trusted partner to global teams, helping ensure data accuracy, identify improvement opportunities, and support business decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for global stakeholders regarding data tracking, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage Data Quality Assurance activities, including data monitoring, validation, ingestion, and completion processes.
  • Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reporting solutions to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Create and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and executive-level reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Partner with Strategy and Operations teams to provide insights and recommendations that improve performance and support business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable reporting, automation, and analytical solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, increase efficiency, and improve data accuracy through automation and technology.
  • Develop and maintain solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and related Microsoft technologies.
  • Support strategic projects and operational initiatives by providing data analysis, reporting expertise, and business insights.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders across multiple regions, functions, and time zones.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, Business Intelligence, Strategy, Operations, Data Management, or related functions.
  • Experience designing and maintaining recurring and ad-hoc reporting solutions.
  • Experience working with data quality management, data validation, and data monitoring processes.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Experience developing solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and reporting deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Procurement, Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, Investigations, or Internal Controls.
  • Experience with process automation, workflow optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of KPI development, performance tracking, and operational reporting.
  • Experience working in global organizations and cross-functional environments.
  • Experience supporting strategic planning, business operations, or continuous improvement initiatives.
