Data Strategy Consultant

As a Data Strategy and Governance professional, you will guide organizations in managing and leveraging their data assets to drive strategic business outcomes. Your focus will be on data quality, security, governance, and metadata management among others fields of practices.

Key responsabilities & Profile

• Advising clients on data governance frameworks, data ethics policies, metadata management strategies, and master data management (MDM) solutions.
• Integrating cutting-edge technologies into data management processes, leveraging machine learning and advanced analytics.
• Shaping and executing engagements in Data Management, including Data Governance, Data Ethics, Data modeling, Data Architecture, Data Quality, and standards implementation.
• Conducting assessments of clients' data maturity using frameworks like DCAM and DAMA.
• Cultivating trusted client relationships to address key challenges in data management, analytics, and AI delivery.
• Providing strategic counsel on maximizing the value of data-driven insights for business decision-making.
• Supporting large-scale data transformations from conceptualization to implementation.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to facilitate innovation initiatives.
• Establishing robust data capabilities within client organizations, including process optimization and skills development.
• Contributing to the development of our practice by identifying new market opportunities and creating thought leadership content.

Your Profile

• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in data management disciplines, including data quality, security, governance, and metadata management.
• Domain Knowledge: Awareness of the data technology landscape and familiarity with industry-standard frameworks like DAMA-DMBOK, CMMI, and DCAM. Experience defining data quality methodologies, design of DQ dashboards with PBI, Python or SQL and validate DQ rules with business.
• Strategic Thinking: Providing strategic guidance on data management and roadmap creation.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong engagement skills with diverse stakeholders, discovering business needs.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication to represent the company in data strategy discussions.
