DUTIES: Analyze complex healthcare data sets, develop data-driven strategies, and collaborate with various departments to implement data solutions that enhance operational efficiency and improve patient outcomes. Analyze healthcare data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, leading to actionable recommendations. Identify and address inefficiencies in healthcare processes and workflows within varied healthcare domains such as operations, quality, etc. Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize efficiency and streamline processes. Analyze and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies. Design and maintain data models, reports, and presentations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security by implementing best practices in data management and governance. Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in data analytics and technology to continuously improve data strategies. Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools and techniques.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics or similar analytical discipline. Three years’ experience in data analysis, data strategy development, or data management/validation. Three years’ experience (1) developing and implementing reporting solutions to support data exploration and decision-making; (2) using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense; and (3) using tools such as SQL or Python to construct and manipulate datasets.
