Reporting directly to the PIM Manager with a dotted line to the Business Data Owner Product & Services, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality, governance, consistency, and operational adoption of Product & Services data across the organization.
You will act as the operational bridge between business stakeholders, IT/MDM teams, and downstream consuming domains, ensuring that business-defined governance rules, lifecycle principles, and data quality standards are properly translated, implemented, monitored, and consistently applied across systems and processes.
Your mission will be to support sustainable data quality, ensure effective coordination across stakeholders, monitor operational issues, and contribute to the successful adoption of governed Product & Services data throughout the organization.

Sustained operational quality of Product & Services data
Timely and effective resolution of data quality issues
Strong coordination between business, IT, and MDM teams
Consistent downstream adoption of governed data
Proactive identification and prevention of recurring issues
Translate business needs and governance rules into clear operational and functional requirements
Document business objects, attributes, lifecycle rules, statuses, and data quality expectations
Support the preparation of data-related backlog items
Formalize and structure requirements defined by the Business Data Owner Product & Services
Ensure alignment between governance decisions and operational implementation
Monitor data quality indicators and ensure compliance with defined standards
Ensure governance controls are properly implemented and operated
Maintain governance documentation including business glossaries, ownership mappings, and standards
Identify data quality gaps and coordinate remediation actions
Monitor operational incidents, data issues, and control results
Ensure issues are logged, assessed, and assigned to the appropriate owners
Follow up remediation actions and track progress
Drive root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues
Escalate unresolved topics to the appropriate governance bodies when necessary
Act as the key interface between Business Data Owners, IT/MDM teams, and consuming domains
Support functional design, testing, and deployment activities
Assess the impact of changes on business processes and data usage
Contribute to communication, training, and change management initiatives
Identify recurring or systemic data quality and adoption issues
Recommend operational and structural improvements
Contribute to the evolution of data governance best practices and processes
You will be accountable for:
The operational quality of Product & Services data within the defined scope
The functional translation of business rules into operational requirements
The visibility, tracking, and escalation of data quality issues
Coordination between Business Data Owners, IT teams, and consuming domains
The effective downstream adoption and consistent usage of governed data
Act as a subject matter expert for Product & Services data governance
Lead complex cross-domain governance initiatives and alignment efforts
Support alignment between business strategy, governance decisions, and IT implementation
Mentor and coach junior Data Stewards
Identify systemic governance or adoption gaps and drive structural improvement initiatives
Contribute to the evolution of the Group Data Governance roadmap
Represent the Product & Services domain in cross-functional governance discussions
Define, formalize, and promote governance best practices across the organization
Define or approve business data rules, standards, or governance policies
Act as Business Data Owner Product & Services
Make final prioritization or business trade-off decisions
Own commercial, product, or strategic business outcomes
Replace local or Group Product & Services business teams
All strategic direction, ownership, and decision-making authority remain with the Business Data Owner Product &Services.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Management, or equivalent experience
Fluent English is mandatory
Certifications in Data Governance, MDM, or Agile/Scrum are considered a plus
Experience & Technical Skills:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Governance, MDM, Data Quality, or Business Analysis
Strong understanding of business processes and Product & Services data
Ability to translate business rules into functional requirements
Experience in data quality monitoring and issue management
Familiarity with PIM/MDM platforms or data environments is a strong advantage
Strong documentation and communication capabilities
Experience working in Agile environments is appreciated
