Ensure data quality in the CMDB and governance across all CI classes

Your chance

• Monitor and report on data quality of the whole CMDB, both for Configuration Items and Assets
• Collaborate with CI owners to correct data or update data
• Support integrations and automation initiatives, give input for continuous improvement
• Conduct training sessions and awareness programs in close collaboration with Configuration and Asset manager

Your personality

• Experience in data management and ITSM environments
• Knowledge of CMDB tools and data modeling
• Strong analytical skills and structured working approach
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various stakeholders
