About the Role

We are seeking a Data Specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our ongoing efforts to strengthen data quality and market insights across the agricultural, mining, and construction equipment aftermarket in the SEA region.

If you are detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about industry research, this role offers an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise and make a measurable impact on our data accuracy and regional coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Follow established workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent data management.
  • Conduct PESTLE analysis on the agricultural, mining, and construction equipment markets in various SEA countries.
  • Research and gather domestic and international data related to equipment models, parts, and market trends from reliable sources.
  • Validate and verify collected data to ensure accuracy and completeness before system entry.
  • Identify and correct data inconsistencies in accordance with internal guidelines.
  • Analyze data to produce meaningful insights and reports that support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and cross-functional departments to ensure smooth daily operations and timely project delivery.
  • Provide internal technical support and insights related to equipment data and market developments.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or higher, preferably in Data Management, Vehicle Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the agricultural, mining, or construction equipment industry, particularly in aftermarket research or data analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Good understanding of SEA market dynamics and regulatory environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with Access and SQL is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
