Under the direction of the Program Manager, the Data Analyst is responsible for monthly post-program alumni engagement, individualized employment support, outcome data collection, and grant compliance reporting for the Health Care Futures (HCF) program. The analyst provides direct support to program graduates navigating healthcare employment and maintains the data infrastructure necessary to satisfy all grant-mandated performance metrics and reporting obligations

Job Duties

  • Designs and maintains program performance dashboards for use by program leadership, LVHN stakeholders, and external funders.
  • Conducts scheduled monthly check-in calls with HCF program alumni to assess employment status, identify support needs, and document outcomes.
  • Maintains professional, consistent communication with program graduates in accordance with LVHN standards.
  • Collaborates with program coordinators to escalate cases requiring additional intervention or referral.
  • Assists participants with resume review, cover letter preparation, and interview readiness in alignment with LVHN and industry standards.
  • Tracks application activity and employment outcomes for each participant; follows up as appropriate.
  • Compiles outcome data for all required grant reports (quarterly, semi-annual, and annual), including program completion rates, employment placement rates, and additional grant-defined performance measures.
  • Maintains a complete, audit-ready log of participant-level data for internal review and external reporting.
  • Translates program data into clear, professional visual reports using Tableau, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent tools.
  • Identifies trends and anomalies in student outcome data; prepares summary findings for review by the program manager.
  • Supports the preparation of data summaries and visual materials for funder presentations, compliance reviews, external stakeholders and internal reporting


Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate's degree
  • 1 year Health care setting or administrative setting.
  • Minimum of one (2) year of experience in a role involving data entry, program tracking, outcome reporting, or direct client/student support.
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining accurate records and meeting reporting deadlines.
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of healthcare database applications.
  • Knowledge of clinical data systems with ability to extract data and formulate reports.
  • Knowledge of Access, Tableau and Excel.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with federal grant reporting, program evaluation, or compliance documentation.
  • Familiarity with grant-based performance measures or state and federal workforce development reporting frameworks.
  • Experience using data visualization or reporting tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, or equivalent).
  • Background in workforce development, career coaching, or post-secondary student support services.


Physical Demands
Lift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
