The Center of Expertise plays an important role in developing life-cycle management strategies, service concepts, and technical knowledge tools for motors and generators produced in Sweden. As our organization continues to develop its data-driven ways of working, we are now looking for a person who is passionate about understanding the business and translating business needs into scalable, reliable, and value-creating data solutions.
In this role, you will take an active part in mapping and understanding our data landscape, including data flows, business processes, and the logic that connects them. You will support the organization in areas such as data modelling, semantic views, data quality, verified business logic, and identifying where AI-enabled solutions can improve business processes and decision-making.
You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify improvement opportunities, support existing data processes, and help migrate, transform, and modernize solutions where needed. A key part of the role will be to contribute to long-term data models and strategies that enable better insights, more efficient reporting, and stronger decision-making.

From general purpose to highly customized designs, synchronous motors provide high efficiency, reliability and availability across all major industries and applications, including some in the toughest and most demanding environments. The division also has a long track record of designing and building generators for wide range of industries, including power generation, marine, oil and gas, mining, and data centers.
