Data Specialist (SCM)
This role will be responsible for supporting the digitalization and optimization of information flow within the supply chain area. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent data processing skills, and the ability to develop digital tools and dashboards that will enhance decision-making processes and operational efficiency.
This position will contribute to consolidating and digitalizing fragmented data sources, reducing manual, repetitive tasks through automation, improving real-time visibility of key supply chain metrics, generating accurate, timely, and actionable information for leadership and operations, supporting inventory optimization and working capital improvement initiatives.
• Digitalize and automate information and reporting processes within Supply Chain Management.
Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources (ERP systems, production databases, logistics platforms, etc.).
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other visualization tools to provide clear, actionable insights.
Create and maintain data models to support supply chain planning, inventory management, and operational performance tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Planning, Logistics, Procurement, Finance) to understand data needs and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Identify opportunities for process improvement through data analysis and automation.
Support the implementation of digital initiatives and new data tools aligned with the company’s digitalization strategy.
Ensure data confidentiality, integrity, and compliance with internal data governance policies.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer science or related
• Advanced English skills
• 2+ Years of experience in similar roles
• Power Bi, SQL, Python programming , Visual Basic, Power Apps PPL 400 – P900 desired
