🚀 Join Oras Group as a Product Data Specialist – Digital Channels & Wholesale D/A/CH (m/f/d) 🚀

Are you passionate about product data, digital platforms, and making a real impact in the DACH market? At Oras Group, we’re looking for a Product Data Specialist to help us elevate the visibility and performance of our HANSA brand across both e-commerce and traditional wholesale channels.

In this role, you’ll be very close to our digital operations, ensuring our product data is structured, enriched, and optimized for platforms like Megabad, Reuter, Amazon, and ARGE You’ll collaborate with teams across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and IT to deliver high-quality content and support our growth ambitions.

🔑 What You’ll Do 🔑

E-Commerce & Online Marketplaces

• Enrich and deliver product data and content for B2B/B2C platforms
• Support SEO and keyword integration for better search visibility
• Maintain automated data flows via PIM systems and APIs
• Help create channel-specific content (images, videos, bullet points)
• Monitor pricing and content consistency using tools like Preiseule

Traditional Wholesale Business

• Prepare standardized product data for wholesale partners (e.g. ARGE DATEN)
• Collaborate on classification standards (ETIM, BMEcat, DQR)
• Create customer-specific codes (e.g. KBN numbers for GC Group)
• Ensure data quality and compatibility with industry platforms

Data Quality & Process Optimization

• Contribute to improving data KPIs and customer satisfaction
• Support the development of product data strategies and tools
• Help implement monitoring tools for competitor and content analysis

Sales Support

• Assist Key Account Managers with operational tasks
• Enable faster realization of online sales potential
• Support new sales initiatives and digital strategies

🎯 What You Bring 🎯

• Experience in product data, e-commerce, or wholesale operations
• Familiarity with PIM systems, SEO, and digital content creation
• Understanding of DACH market standards (ETIM, ARGE, BMEcat)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative mindset

This role is based in our SSC office, Wrocław ul. Sucha 2, with remote working option 2 days per week after probationary period.
