In Data Solutions Operations, you will build reporting, dashboards, and automation that help teams self-serve insights and spot process friction early. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the region and develop hands-on skills with business intelligence, automation, and machine learning tools. This role is designed for an Analyst who is eager to learn quickly, deliver reliably, and improve how work gets done through data.
As an Automation Analyst in the Data Solutions Operations team, you will support intelligence automation and business analysis by gathering requirements from operational teams and translating them into practical solutions. You will help build a data ecosystem and deliver analytical outputs aligned with reporting needs, process improvements, and operational efficiency goals. You will contribute to dashboards, data pipelines, and data quality initiatives, working closely with regional partners. You will also support continuous improvement by using insights to highlight themes, root causes, and opportunities for better controls and outcomes.
