This is a remote position.

  Act as a Subject Matter Expert for enterprise data platforms, processes, and reporting solutions.

  Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.

  Design and optimize data models, ETL/ELT pipelines, and reporting frameworks.

• 
  Ensure data accuracy, consistency, governance, and compliance standards are maintained.

• 
  Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and business teams to improve data accessibility and usability.

• 
  Support data migration, integration, cleansing, and transformation initiatives.

• 
  Create documentation, process flows, and best practices for data operations.

• 
  Assist in troubleshooting data-related issues and performance bottlenecks.

• 
  Provide insights and recommendations to improve data strategy and operational efficiency.

• 
  Mentor team members and support knowledge-sharing initiatives.

• 
  5+ years of experience in Data Management, Data Analytics, or Data Engineering.

• 
  Strong expertise in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools.

• 
  Experience working with large-scale data environments and cloud platforms.

• 
  Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration methodologies.

• 
  Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and modern data architecture.

• 
  Experience with tools/platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google GCP, Snowflake, or Databricks is preferred.

• 
  Strong understanding of data governance and data quality frameworks.

• 
  Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• 
  Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• 
  Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• 
  Exposure to Python or other scripting languages for data processing.

• 
  Experience supporting global clients and distributed teams.

• 
  Relevant certifications in cloud or data technologies are a plus.
