Job Description

Are you our new colleague? We’re looking for a

Data Security Project & Change Management Analyst

how you will contribute

Join Randstad as a Data Security Project & Change Management Analyst to lead the global rollout of our Data Security and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technology ecosystem. This is a high-impact role that steps beyond technical configuration, focusing entirely on project execution, driving organizational change, and streamlining communication across our platforms.

As the cohesive 'glue' within our data security ecosystem, you will provide critical cross-platform oversight. Your primary focus will be coordinating the momentum of these initiatives by proactively engaging with technical DLP team members, CISO Office leadership, and local information security leads. In this role, you will become proficient in our core DLP solutions, including Zscaler, Google Workspace, and Securiti.ai, to execute our broader data security strategy.

your typical day includes

  • Collaborate with regional IT leads to identifying and removing roadblocks, ensuring smooth, on-time deployment of global security tools like Zscaler, Google Workspace, and Securiti.ai.

  • Synthesize project updates into high-impact reports for the CISO and CIO, clearly articulating project health, risks, and strategic milestones.

  • Partner with internal communications teams to translate complex security initiatives into actionable change management plans that drive user adoption across the organization.

  • Own the lifecycle of project documentation, ensuring operating procedures and governance frameworks are standardized for a seamless handover to operational teams.

  • Act as the central 'glue' for the data security ecosystem, identifying cross-platform opportunities and ensuring alignment between technical execution and broader business goals.

your responsibilities include

  • Project Execution & Governance: Drive and manage the full project lifecycle for global DLP platform rollouts (Zscaler, Google Workspace, Securiti.ai), ensuring all milestones and deliverables are completed on time and in alignment with CISO priorities.

  • Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Prepare and deliver clear, executive-level reports and presentations for our Global CIO and CISO Office leadership, Information Security team members, and Data Security project steering committees, maintaining transparency on project health, risks, and resource utilization.

  • Organizational Change Strategy: Partner with the CISO Office Communications team to develop and execute change management plans, clearly articulating the strategic "why" behind new technical controls to drive adoption and ensure alignment with information security policies.

  • Global Market Enablement: Serve as the primary liaison and engagement partner for geographical and business unit markets, proactively identifying and resolving local roadblocks, overcoming dependencies, and providing tailored support to ensure smooth tool deployment and adoption.

  • Cross-Platform Strategy Integration: Maintain technical knowledge of the Data Security ecosystem to synthesize efforts across platforms, ensuring a unified security strategy and identifying opportunities to leverage tools to address specific business and security use cases.

  • Risk and Dependency Management: Proactively identify, document, and escalate key project risks and cross-functional dependencies that could impact implementation timelines or global compliance objectives.

  • Process Documentation & Handover: Define and standardize operating procedures, governance frameworks, and necessary documentation to successfully transition completed DLP projects from the implementation phase to stable, operational support teams.

  • Training & User Adoption Support: Oversee the creation and distribution of training materials and resources to ensure local IT teams and end-users understand new security controls, fostering a secure and compliant working environment.

your background

  • Data Security Acumen: Solid conceptual understanding of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), cloud security concepts, and data protection principles. Experience or readiness to quickly master platforms such as Zscaler, Google Workspace, and Securiti.ai is highly desirable.

  • Process and Documentation Focus: Demonstrated ability to define, standardize, and document operational procedures, governance frameworks, and project-to-operations handover materials.

key capabilities

  • Project & Change Management Expertise: 3-5+ years of proven experience leading complex, global projects with a focus on organizational change management and project governance.

key relationships

  • Key Stakeholders: CISO Office leadership, Information Security team members, Data Security project steering committees, and Global CIO.

yourcompetencies

  • Proactive Execution & Risk Management: A self-starter with a results-oriented approach and a relentless focus on follow-up, identifying, documenting, and mitigating project risks and dependencies across cross-functional teams.

  • Executive Communication & Stakeholder Management: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver professional executive reports and presentations. Must demonstrate an ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and successfully navigate a heavily matrixed, global organization
