Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ticket management: Concise and precise updates in all ticket notes throughout the ticket lifecycle related to actions you performed, escalations if required, and the clarity sought from stakeholders regarding the task and timeline of the request.
  • Emails and MS Teams messages to be added to the ticket notes to provide an audit trail of approvals and requests related to each task/action.
  • Manage all user and system accounts through the account lifecycle, including provisioning, entitlement changes, deactivation, and deletion in accordance with the established service levels.
  • Perform access and entitlement reviews in accordance with established process and timelines.
  • Assist with Identity and Access Management related initiatives, including activity coordination, communication, and implementation.
  • Manage Identity and Access Management related technologies such as Lifecycle Management, Privileged Access Management, SSO, Multi-Factor Authentication, Mobile Device Management and Vaulting Services.

Preferred Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of IT Security, or related work experience
  • College Diploma or University Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Business Analysis preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, IDPs and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills required
  • Experience in implementing Identity and Access Management controls preferred
  • Knowledge with the following IT Security Frameworks: PCI, HIPAA, SOC
  • Strong sense of ownership and teamwork
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to follow procedures and guidelines
  • Ability to work with all levels of staff
  • Ability to take personal initiative and observe confidentiality
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
