Are you excited about turning data into insights that shape real business decisions?
In this role, you’ll work with data from multiple sources to support analysis, reporting, and machine learning initiatives. You’ll help teams understand what the data is saying, identify trends and opportunities, and build models in Python that improve decision-making. This is a hands-on position combining data preparation, analytics, and applied machine learning—delivered in close collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

Your responsibilities as a Data Scientist/Data Engineer:

• Supporting data analysis, reporting, and machine learning initiativesacross the organization
• Working with data from different sources, combining, preparing, and validating datasets for analysis
• Cleaning, organizing, and transforming datato make it usable, accurate, and consistent
• Exploring datasets to identify meaningful trends, patterns, and insightsthat can drive action
• Using Pythonand machine learning techniques to build, test, and improve modelsthat support business decisions
• Translating business questions into analytical tasks by partnering with multiple teams to understand requirements
• Presenting findings and recommendations in a clear, structured, and understandable wayto both technical and non-technical audiences

We are looking for YOU if:

• You have good knowledge of Pythonand can apply it confidently to real datasets
• You have an understanding of machine learning conceptsand how models can be used in business contexts
• You have experience with data analysis libraries such as pandas, NumPy, or similar tools
• You are able to clean, organize, and analyze datawith attention to detail and data quality
• You bring strong problem-solving skillsand can work through ambiguous questions systematically
• You have good communication skills, including the ability to explain results clearly
• You can work effectively independentlyand also thrive in a collaborative team environment

Our manufacturing site operates 24-hours 7-days per week. Changes in business volume and production requirements can cause the plant to occasionally change the length of work shifts or the rotation schedule. Shift rotations vary from working a single straight shift to working two or three rotating shifts. Technicians are expected to be willing to rotate and to work any shift.
