Senior Data Scientist consultant

The opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Scientist with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Data

Science and Machine Learning, preferably with experience in NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, MLOps, Optimization techniques, and AI solution Architecture. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of AI technologies and experience in designing and implementing cutting-edge AI models and systems. Additionally, expertise in data engineering, and MLOps practices will be valuable in this role.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Experience: 2-3+ years in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, applying ML and AI solutions in production environments.
• Programming & Frameworks: Proficiency in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, or Scikit-Learn Capable of building, training, validating, and deploying Machine Learning models end-toend.
• Machine Learning Expertise: Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, including tokenization, embeddings, and string similarity. Ability to select the right ML approach for each problem, with solid grasp of underlying mathematical and statistical principles.
• Data Analysis: Skilled at analyzing and interpreting complex datasets to extract actionable insights and guide business decisions.
• AI/ML Engineering Practices: Hands-on experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model monitoring, and versioning using tools such as Git or Azure DevOps
• Cloud Platforms: Experience deploying AI/ML models on cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.

Ideally, you’ll also

• Generative AI (GenAI): Knowledge and practical experience with generative AI models, including Agentic AI.
• Frameworks: Experience with tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar frameworks for building AI applications.
• DevOps Tools: Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for scalable AI deployment.
• Trusted AI Practices: Understanding of fairness, transparency, and accountability in AI systems, with experience implementing monitoring and logging to ensure model reliability.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work seamlessly with software engineering and operations teams for smooth AI model integration and deployment.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
