As a Data Scientist – Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering innovative technology solutions within our Assurance practice. You will focus on implementing cutting-edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, grow your personal brand, and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will manage the end-to-end delivery process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology implementations. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. By interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, you will contribute to the seamless integration and efficient execution of projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while upholding professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end delivery process of innovative technology solutions to clients
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful technology implementations
• Developing user stories and project plans to facilitate seamless integration and efficient execution
• Leading design workshops to enhance product innovation and software development
• Utilizing analytical thinking and IT consulting skills to address client needs and project risks
• Implementing technology roadmaps and software release life cycles to optimize project delivery
• Conducting market research and process improvement initiatives to support product enhancement
• Upholding professional and technical standards while interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree. Graduated or pursuing Software Engineering or similar IT degree (Technical University Degrees are also to be considered) in Mathematical Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Financial Mathematics, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Actuarial Science, Operations Management/Research and other related fields of Study may be considered with university degree progress equivalent to at least 3 years.

Preferences: Data Science professionals, Economists, and Actuaries with a specialization in Data Science.

• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
