Job Description

We seek a skilled and passionate Data Scientist to join our agile Scrum team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing the Green logistics platform, the Health platform the Customer-centric platform, and the Circular platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to deliver data-driven solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities:

• Sprint Participation: Actively participate in all Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Data Analysis & Modeling:
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address business challenges.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation.
  • Evaluate model performance and iterate to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, software engineers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Communication: Effectively communicate technical findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and related technologies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role, preferably within an agile environment.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong programming skills in Python or R.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
