Job requirements

• Core Technical Responsibilities (Agentic AI Focus) • Build AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio • Develop automated workflows using Power Automate / Azure Logic Apps • Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems via APIs, connectors, and Azure services • Implement RAG architectures, grounding, semantic search using Azure OpenAI and Azure Cognitive Search • Ensure security, governance, and responsible AI practices across agent ecosystems • Collaborate with architects, analysts, and business teams to deploy scalable AI solutions • Design and build agentic systems from scratch, including orchestration, memory, reasoning, and tool-use patterns • Hands-on experience working with Microsoft 365 Copilot for enterprise copilots and productivity agents
• Key Responsibilities • Consult with clients to understand business needs, identifying opportunities where AI, specifically LLMs, can add value • Help prioritize the backlog and define business cases for GenAI-based initiatives • Architect and design scalable AI solutions that integrate LLMs and generative AI technologies • Lead development of MVPs, collaborating with data scientists, ML engineers, and client stakeholders • Work in a multi-geography environment with cross-border technical teams • Provide thought leadership on best practices for deploying and scaling AI models in production • Guide clients on AI governance, data privacy, model interpretability, and responsible AI practices • Drive the design of autonomous AI agents, copilots, and multi-agent systems for enterprise use cases
• Qualifications • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field • 5+ years of experience in AI architecture, with strong focus on consulting and LLMs • Proven track record in building and deploying large-scale AI models, including hands-on experience with LLMs • Demonstrated experience in building AI agents and agentic systems from scratch • Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot • Knowledge of Azure OpenAI and other common LLM platforms • Excellent communication skills to bridge technical solutions with business objectives
