Your Impact
As a Data Scientist on the Pricing & Growth team, your mission is to accelerate sustainable marketplace growth by building and operationalizing AI/ML solutions across pricing, subsidy allocation, and product experimentation. You will design, develop, and deploy models that optimize subsidy programs, service features and Pricing, and drive targeted growth strategies. Partnering closely with product, engineering, and operations, you’ll automate decision workflows, improve process efficiency, and transform manual heuristics into robust, production-grade AI systems end-to-end model monitoring to ensure measurable improvements in unit economics, engagement, and profitability.

In this role, you will leverage data, experimentation, and advanced AI/ML models to optimize our pricing strategies, automate processes, and accelerate marketplace growth. You will work on dynamic pricing, subsidy optimization, and growth features that enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and overall profitability.

What Powers Your Drive

Machine Learning & AI
• Strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, including:
• Neural Networks (CNN, GNN, LSTM)
• Clustering techniques
• Time Series Forecasting
• Familiarity with Reinforcement Learning and Multi-Armed Bandits (nice to have)

Programming & Frameworks
• Professional-level proficiency in Python, with strong experience in:
• NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
• Experience working in Linux environments and writing Bash scripts

Data & Infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with databases, especially:
• ClickHouse
• MySQL
• Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration
• Proficiency in Docker for containerization and deployment

Development Tools
• Advanced user of Cursor or GitHub Copilot (AI-assisted coding tools)

Data Analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven experience in data analysis and data-driven decision making
