What You’ll Be Doing

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• Build and deploy Generative AI solutions for marketing use cases
• Partner with Marketing to drive personalization and campaign performance
• Apply prompt engineering, testing, and optimization to improve outputs
• Run A/B tests, forecasting, and predictive modeling to guide decisions
• Work with Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (Fabric/GCP) to productionize models
• Turn data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of experience with GenAI, LLMs, and RAG pipelines
• Strong skills in Python + SQL
• Experience with experimentation, model evaluation, and ML workflows
• Exposure to marketing analytics or customer-focused data (strong asset)
• Ability to communicate insights to both technical and business teams

Bonus Points

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric or GCP
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Asana, ClickUp, Confluence, or Notion
