Professional Opportunity: Senior Data Scientist – Generative AI

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist specialized in Generative AI who will report directly to the Head Of AI & Advanced Analytics PortFolio Team ( Marketing Cliente). Your mission will be to develop and optimize AI models, particularly LLMs and GenAI solutions, to address business needs using data from various sources. You will collaborate closely with IT for implementation, validation, monitoring, and maintenance, as well as with business units across different countries to ensure the practical application of AI-driven solutions.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields.

Experience:

Over 3 years of experience in Data Science, with proven experience in Generative AI.

Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), advanced prompting techniques, and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs).

Hard Skills:

• Deep understanding of LLM architectures, including Transformer models (GPT, BERT, T5, etc.).
• Experience in fine-tuning, customizing, and deploying LLMs on cloud platforms
• Expertise in RAG techniques to enhance model retrieval and response accuracy.
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, prompt tuning, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
• Solid programming skills in Python (experience with Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch is highly valued).
• Strong knowledge of SQL for efficient data querying and preprocessing.
• Hands-on experience in cloud-based AI solutions (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
• Experience in real-time AI implementations and monitoring.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices for AI model deployment and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Streamlit, or similar) is desirable.
• Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum) is desirable.
• Advanced English (+C1); part of the work will be conducted in English (oral and written).
