Short Description
The Commercial and Investment Bank - Global Services team functions as an internal business & metrics reporting and analytics group responsible for delivering highly quantitative and qualitative reports and analytics tools that support bankers, business management and senior management agendas.
The Data Scientist Analyst will join the Commercial and Investment Bank Finance and Business Management organization, assisting data analytics team agenda. The candidate will learn core business processes, build new AI/ML capabilities, develop and deploy AI/ML Models for metrics/management reporting, and provide decision support.
The Data Scientist Analyst on the team will have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that help drive profitability and efficiency across the Commercial and Investment Banking organization and will be responsible for assisting the business in ongoing development, deployment, and maintenance of AI/ML models.
Job Responsibilities:
(i) Lead the development of advanced analytics capabilities by applying cutting-edge AI/ML techniques, generative AI solutions, and sophisticated statistical methodologies to solve complex business problems and promote innovation across the organization.
(ii) Collaborate closely with business and functional stakeholders through regular engagement to understand requirements, translate complex data findings into clear and actionable insights, and communicate results effectively to diverse audiences ranging from technical teams to senior executives.
(iii) Define, design, and execute high-priority strategic initiatives with senior leadership visibility, spanning from delivering critical business solutions to building scalable engineering capabilities, while leveraging excellent presentation skills to influence decision-making and promote organizational impact.
