What You'll Do (When You Join Us)

As a Data Scientist, you will work on high-impact AI and machine learning solutions that move beyond experimentation into scalable production environments.

Build AI Solutions

• Develop and deploy production-grade AI and machine learning solutions using modern Generative AI technologies such as OpenAI, Gemini, and other advanced LLM platforms.
• Design data-driven models that solve complex business and customer challenges.
• Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large-scale datasets.

Optimize & Innovate

• Tune, evaluate, and enhance AI models to improve accuracy, scalability, efficiency, and business impact.
• Assess emerging AI technologies and third-party solutions against functional and non-functional requirements.
• Establish and maintain strong model evaluation, monitoring, and governance standards.

Collaborate

• Partner closely with engineering, product, business, and research teams to define AI roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Translate complex analytical findings into actionable recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to solution design discussions and best-practice initiatives across teams.

Lead & Grow

• Drive technical excellence through coding standards, model governance, and knowledge sharing.
• Mentor peers and contribute to data science communities, innovation forums, and technical discussions.
• Support the adoption of modern AI engineering and MLOps practices.

What You'll Bring

Technical Expertise

• Strong experience applying Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI techniques to real-world business problems.
• Proficiency in Python and modern data science libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-Learn.
• Expertise working with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
• Strong statistical modelling, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience deploying AI/ML models into production environments.

Engineering Excellence

• Understanding of software engineering principles and maintainable code practices.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, model deployment, testing, and monitoring practices.
• Ability to balance innovation with scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
