The Data Scientist will apply data science, machine learning and AI to solve business problems, generate insights and deliver measurable value across the bank.

Job Role:

  • Design, develop and deploy AI-driven solutions, including GenAI copilots, recommendation engines and RAG-based applications.
  • Build, validate and scale predictive and generative models to address business opportunities and operational challenges.
  • Explore and apply agentic AI concepts to automate workflows, support decision-making and enhance customer engagement.
  • Analyse large-scale structured and unstructured data across multiple business domains to uncover actionable insights.
  • Develop clear data narratives and visualisations that translate complex analytical findings into business recommendations.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to co-create scalable AI and analytics solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Skills Required:

We are seeking individuals with the following types of skills:

  • A degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data science or generative AI solutions development
  • Proficient in Python and modern ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn); familiarity with SQL
  • Experience with deep learning, NLP, or reinforcement learning, and exposure to big data technologies such as Hadoop or Apache Spark
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Curious, collaborative and outcome-driven mindset, with a passion for applying data and AI to create business value.
