We are seeking a highly skilled data scientist to support Customer Experience (CX), CRM Analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, Power BI, SQL, Python, CRM platforms, and Data Lake environments. This role will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, developing dashboards and reports, enhancing customer intelligence, and leveraging AI/GenAI solutions to drive business value and operational efficiency.
• Work with enterprise Data Lake environments using Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, and other cloud-based data platforms to extract, manage, transform, and analyse large-scale datasets while ensuring data quality and governance.
• Work extensively with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and Medallia to extract, analyse, and interpret customer, operational, and engagement data.
• Partner with Customer Experience (CX), Business, and Product teams to analyse customer journeys, feedback, and behavioural data to identify trends, improve customer satisfaction, and support strategic business decisions.
• Perform Entity Resolution and customer identity matching to create a unified customer view across multiple data sources, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into customer experience metrics, operational KPIs, and business performance.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, Python scripts, and Excel-based analyses for data extraction, transformation, validation, automation, and reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements, improve existing reporting solutions, and contribute to analytics best practices and documentation.
• Leverage Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) tools to automate reporting, streamline data analysis, generate business insights, improve productivity, and support intelligent decision-making. Evaluate and implement AI-driven capabilities for customer analytics, data quality improvement, and operational efficiency where applicable.
• Research emerging AI, GenAI, and analytics technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance reporting, automation, and customer intelligence capabilities.
• Prepare, maintain, and deliver Excel-based reports and MIS for business stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights to support operational monitoring, decision-making, and ad hoc business requirements.
• Support ad hoc reporting, data analysis, dashboard enhancements, data validation, and business intelligence requirements related to Customer Experience, CRM platforms, Entity Resolution, Data Lake environments, and Power BI reporting.
• 1–4 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Customer Experience Analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Customer Experience analytics and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce and Medallia.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, data analysis, and performance optimization.
• Good working knowledge of Python and similar programming language for data analysis, automation, and data transformation.
• Experience using LLM-based tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, Salesforce Einstein, or similar AI assistants to improve productivity and analytics workflows.
• Experience working with Data Lake technologies including Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, and large-scale data management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
• Strong expertise in developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Good understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, data warehousing, and dimensional modelling concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to independently design, develop, and deploy dashboards and reporting solutions while ensuring high standards of accuracy and usability.
