We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist with 4-6 years of experience in AI/ML development, backend services, and GenAI applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building production-grade solutions using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases, along with a strong foundation in cloud-native ML pipelines, MLOps, and Agentic AI systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
You’ll break new ground by
* Develop and deploy AI/ML models using Python for analytical and backend service applications.
* Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).
* Leverage Generative AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA) with advanced prompt engineering techniques.
* Design and implement Agentic AI workflows using LangGraph, or custom orchestration logic for autonomous decision-making, fallback strategies, and multi-agent collaboration.
* Build and manage data pipelines, feature stores, and ML lifecycle workflows using Databricks, Azure, and AWS.
* Deploy scalable solutions on AWS (Lambda, S3, Step Functions, IAM, CloudWatch), Azure (Functions, ML Studio, Monitor), and GCP (Cloud Functions, Dataflow, BigQuery).
* Implement MLOps practices using MLflow, and CI/CD pipelines across cloud platforms.
* Collaborate with DevOps teams using GitLab for version control, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation.
* Ensure security and compliance in handling sensitive data across AI pipelines, adhering to standards like GDPR, HIPAA, and enterprise governance policies.
* Leverage cloud-native AI services such as AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Azure OpenAI, and GCP Vertex AI.
* Proficiency in NLP techniques including (Embedding, Text Classification, Entity Extraction)
* Proficiency in Deep Leaning Frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)

Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong proficiency in Python for AI/ML and backend development.
* Proven experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases.
* Deep understanding of Generative AI models, prompt engineering, and GenAI workflows.
* Hands-on experience with Agentic AI design patterns and orchestration.
* Proficiency with Databricks, MLflow, and cloud services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
* Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD, and DevOps tools (GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).
* Knowledge of cloud AI services and scalable deployment architectures.
* Strong grasp of data security, compliance, and governance in AI systems.
* Familiarity with NLP techniques
* Familiarity with Deep learning frameworks
* Familiarity with Knowledge Graph
Soft Skills & Competencies
* Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
* Certifications in AWS (e.g., ML Specialty), Azure (e.g., DP-100), or GCP (e.g., Professional ML Engineer).
* Experience working in regulation

* Responsible for technical decisions within assigned components or topics.
* Evaluates trade-offs across performance, scalability, robustness, and cost.
