Due to the development of John Deere Business Service Center, we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:

Data Scientist
Poznań, Poland

Your responsibilities:

• Run advanced and predictive analyses and perform model assessments, validation, and enhancement activities, using predictive analytics software tools and functionalities.
• Work independently to collate and analyze data using predetermined tools, methods, and formats to create standard insights.
• Make recommendations to improve data and analytics systems and platforms, contributing to the continuous improvement and refinement of data and analytics strategy.
• Support creating business intelligence through basic machine learning and AI algorithms and support creation of more complex algorithms that identify patterns in structured data. Partner with different business stakeholders and internal clients to ensure the collection of data in accordance with model standards.
• Consult and educate stakeholders on methods for streamlining and standardizing data recording to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Conduct research using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.

Our requirements:

• Education: degree in Data & Analytics or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Solid experience working with SQL or Python

• Experience in Aftermarket & Customer Support
• Previous data science experience
• Experience using various AI capabilities and model building
• Experience working with Power BI
