Role : Data Scientist

Experience: 8–11 Years

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist with strong expertise in Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, and Semantic Search. The candidate will lead the development of scalable AI solutions, drive technical decisions, and build next-generation product data enrichment and search capabilities that deliver business impact at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance semantic search and product data enrichment solutions using Machine Learning and Generative AI techniques.
• Lead the architecture, prototyping, and productionization of AI/ML solutions, including LLM-powered and Agentic AI applications.
• Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop predictive, prescriptive, and optimization models to support business decision-making.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and guide technical and architectural decisions.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Data Engineers, and Product teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Ensure deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of ML models on cloud platforms.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI-focused roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Machine Learning and Deep Learning
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Agentic AI and AI Agent Frameworks
• Semantic Search and Information Retrieval
• RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)
• Statistical Modeling and Optimization Techniques
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Apache Spark.
• Experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining ML solutions on Azure or GCP.
• Strong understanding of model development, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Experience working with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets.

Start: Immediate to 15 Days

Location: Bangalore

Form of employment: Full-time until further notice, we apply 6 months probationary employment.
