What You Will Do

• Develop and implement data models using Python and R to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
• Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Looker, and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and design data-driven strategies.
• Utilize GCP and Snowflake for data storage, processing, and management to optimize performance and scalability.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover trends and patterns that inform business decisions.
• Participate in the end-to-end data pipeline process, ensuring data quality and integrity throughout.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science methodologies and practices within the team.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 2–4 years of experience in data science or analytics roles, with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly GCP, and data warehousing solutions like Snowflake.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.

Preferred

• Experience in the AI, marketing, or ad tech industries.

Compensation and Benefits
