Job Purpose
Process the data and turn it into usable data products that are useful and meaningful to the business to uncover insights, patterns, and relationships from a labelled training dataset and produce an inferred function.
Accountabilities
Identify, assess and analyze relevant datasets along with Business Analysts in IT, Data Governance and Business Users.
Perform and contribute to ongoing management of new and existing datasets in the Enterprise Data Hub for data analytics purposes.
Design and upkeep explanatory data models.
Produce predictive models (e.g., propensity, churn, response, cross-sell) and maintain plus evaluate models’ performance.
Contribute to data strategy with Data Governance and Data & Analytics team.
Conceptualize financial drivers of bank activities and translate them into quantitative systems using advanced analytics, including machine learning techniques.
Analyze cross-data correlations and portfolio dependency/performance in different macro environments.
Manage the coordination with Data Engineer, Data Governance and IT teams to ensure best practices are utilized.
Lead and manage meetings with team members regarding data projects governed by Data & Analytics Projects Delivery Model.
Automate and integrate business processes based on request and own research. Propose new use cases to the bank with the assistance of Data & Analytics team members.
Research solutions to overcome data analytics challenges.
Develop complex mathematical models that integrate business rules and requirements.
Create relevant machine learning models in the Google Cloud Platform environment.
Communicate and meet with relevant stakeholders, IT teams, and other interested parties.
Share complex ideas verbally and visually in an understandable manner with non-technical stakeholders.
Execute end-to-end analytics for marketing and customer campaigns, including leads generation, leads tracking, and post-campaign analysis.
Job Requirements
Has a BSc/Masters in Data Science or equivalent.
Has a minimum four years of experience in data science and advanced analytics jobs.
Good knowledge of Univariate and Multivariate Analysis, Missing Value Treatment, Outlier Detection and Treatment, Probability, Statistics, Statistical Modeling, Supervised, Unsupervised Learning, Time-Series Analysis, Feature Engineering, Model Deployment and Mathematical Optimization.
Understanding of programming language (Python and R or equivalent) and common data structures and algorithms for data processing and Data Science Modelling.
Has a good understanding of data warehousing and cloud infrastructure for Data Science solutions.
Familiarity with high-performance computing.
Recognize and understand various Business Intelligence Tools and Participate in the development of dashboards.
Expected to keep up with new technologies and apply effects on the existing environment.
Good to have experience in campaign analytics, lead generation, or marketing data science.
Good to have experience with campaign tracking, attribution, and performance measurement.
Must be a team player and team builder to maximize the synergies between each of the teams, which will play a part in the overall success of the Unit.
Highly self-motivated and self-directing. Should have the required experience and confidence to independently manage, coordinate and implement an agreed plan of multiple activities.
Must have skills in Analytical Thinking, numerically strong, Planning and Organizing, Monitoring Performance, empowerment & Goal Setting.
Ability to manage projects while working under pressure, have high spirit, improving as per coaching, attitude & behavior in the office.
