FILINVEST LAND, INC.

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Data Scientist to join our IT tech team to specialize in predictive modelling and insight generation. This role will focus on developing and refining models to come up with actionable insights that enhance user experience and support the development and management of business systems for the real estate arm of the Filinvest Group.



Responsibilities

• Analyze raw data: assessing quality, cleansing, structuring for downstream processing
• Design accurate and scalable prediction algorithms
• Collaborate with engineering team to bring analytical prototypes to production
• Generate actionable insights for business improvements
• Design, build, and validate predictive models using linear and neural regression techniques.
• Analyze large datasets to extract patterns and trends to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to translate data insights into improved user experiences.
• Support the development of business systems including sales and marketing portals, project monitoring tools, and ERP platforms.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines and model deployment workflows.
• Communicate findings clearly through visualizations, dashboards, and presentations.
• Continuously monitor model performance and iterate based on feedback and new data.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning, data science, and user behavior analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in quantitative analytics and/or data modeling
• Proven experience with regression modelling, including both linear and neural network approaches.
• Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning principles, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms
• Familiarity with Big Data frameworks and visualization tools
• Experience working with UX teams or applying data science to improve user experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills using data.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data tools (SQL, Spark, etc.)
