We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning professional who can apply advanced AI/ML techniques to solve complex business challenges across multiple functions such as credit risk, fraud detection, collections optimization, customer experience, and operational decision-making. This role focuses on leveraging data-driven models to generate measurable business outcomes while ensuring scalable and reliable machine learning solutions. As a key contributor, you will work closely with leadership, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate real-world business problems into analytical frameworks and deploy machine learning solutions that drive efficiency and performance. The role requires end-to-end ownership of the model lifecycle—from problem formulation, data preparation, model development, validation, and deployment to continuous monitoring and optimization. You will also play a strategic role in integrating AI/ML capabilities into business processes, enabling smarter decision-making through predictive modeling and advanced analytics. In addition to hands-on technical responsibilities, you will guide and mentor team members while collaborating with various functional teams to ensure model adoption and operational impact. The ideal candidate combines strong machine learning expertise with practical business understanding, enabling them to design solutions that are both technically robust and aligned with organizational goals. This role is well suited for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving real-world problems using data, and is comfortable working with ambiguity while delivering high-impact analytical solutions.
Requirements
• Apply machine learning and advanced analytics techniques to solve business problems across areas such as credit risk, fraud detection, collections, and customer engagement
• Develop predictive models including risk scorecards, propensity models, optimization models, and NLP-based solutions using structured and unstructured data
• Manage the complete model lifecycle including model development, validation, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into data-driven solutions
• Write efficient Python code and SQL queries to process large datasets and build scalable machine learning models
• Evaluate model performance and implement strategies for improving accuracy, stability, and business impact
• Design model monitoring frameworks to ensure reliability and compliance with performance standards
• Communicate analytical insights and model results clearly to business stakeholders and leadership
• Mentor and guide junior team members, supporting their technical development and project execution
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure AI/ML solutions are effectively integrated into operational workflows
• Strong experience in machine learning model development across supervised and unsupervised learning techniques
• Hands-on experience building models such as risk scorecards, propensity models, optimization models, or NLP-based solutions
• Excellent programming skills in Python along with strong SQL query development capabilities
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex business problems into quantitative models
• Experience managing the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle including development, validation, and deployment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience working closely with business teams to drive data-driven decision making
• Ability to mentor team members and contribute to building a strong analytics culture
