Your responsibilities would include:

• responsible for R&D within the Advanced Analytics organization for a specific product across multiple products; across a range of products or functions
• applying software engineering best practices (CI/CD and unit testing) to ensure the reliability and robustness of data science solutions
• developing predictive models and only standardised value-measurement techniques (e.g. running A/B testing) to solve complex business problems, such as forecasting time series, churn prediction
• delivering and managing a portfolio of AA prototype products (pilots) in identified high-value areas and scale to deliver value; identify next high-value product for HEINEKEN
• maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and delivery of objectives Relationship creation and management of broader team’s stakeholders to ensure strong connection and collaboration for the team)
• continuesly self-developing and researching best-in-class analytical approaches (mentorship, development, and capability building).

You are a good candidate if you have:

• BA/MSc in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years in a pure analytical/science role
• record of successful Data analysis projects
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Breadth and Depth in Data Science and Machine Learning
• ability to build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the business
• demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables
• ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, tailoring your message to your audience's level of technical understanding
• knowledge of industry trends and demonstrated commitment to stay up to date on new technologies
• knowledge of Machine Learning, Statistics, and related fields
• fluent in Python and thorough knowledge of pandas & scikit-learn
• management/leadership of related domain experts
• proven experience in executive communications
• experience setting team vision and strategy
• excellent written and verbal English.

You are a perfect match if you also have:

• experience with Azure development environment
• experience working with a large development team (CI/CD)
