Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to drive AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics initiatives, generating actionable business insights. The ideal candidate will lead data science projects, optimize real-time data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. Expertise in Elastic, Tableau, Power BI, OpenAI, and Big Data frameworks (Hadoop, Kafka) is essential. 
Must-Have Skills (Mandatory) - AI/ML model development for solving complex business challenges - Strong expertise in Elastic for large-scale search, analytics, and real-time data processing - Experience in ETL pipeline optimization using Kafka and Hadoop - Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and Logstash for business intelligence and reporting - Hands-on experience with OpenAI, LLM-based technologies, and AI-driven automation - Expertise in predictive analytics, anomaly detection, and recommendation systems - Ability to mentor junior data scientists and lead technical teams - Strong Python, SQL, and distributed computing expertise 
Good-to-Have Skills (Optional) - Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras) - Familiarity with IT governance, data security, and compliance standards - Experience in real-time data processing, feature engineering, and scalable model deployment - Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills 
Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field - 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and AI-driven solutions - Proven experience in Big Data architectures, cloud-based AI solutions, and business intelligence tools
