Job Description

We’re looking for a Data Scientist to join our growing team and play a key role in shaping the future of our live games and upcoming titles. You’ll be the bridge between data and creativity, collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to make decisions players will actually feel, helping us craft experiences that are not just fun to play, but meaningful for millions worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze player, engagement, game economy, and monetization data to generate actionable insights that shape product decisions and game roadmaps.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to build models for game features and levels.
  • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to validate hypotheses and measure feature impact.
  • Build and own dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc analyses that enable Product, Marketing, and Growth teams to make data-informed decisions.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines.
  • Build predictive models and conduct advanced analyses to better understand player behavior and future trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in data analytics and data science.

Requirements

  • Experience in data analytics or data science, preferably in mobile gaming or digital product environments.
  • Strong skills in SQL and proficiency with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and statistical analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or Metabase
  • Understanding of player behavior analysis, LTV, or retention metrics is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, able to translate data into insights that resonate with both creative and technical teammates.
  • Passion for games and curiosity about what makes players come back for more

  • Experience with Snowflake, Airflow, or other modern data-stack tools.
  • Interest in machine learning applications and predictive modeling.
  • Exposure to performance marketing data or user acquisition (UA) analysis.
