About the Team:Our Data team is the backbone of Aircall's decision-making process, driving product development and business growth with cutting-edge data & AI products, tools, and actionable insights. You'll join a collaborative team of data professionals, product managers, and GTM leaders. We value rigorous analysis, clear communication, and a bias toward shipping work that drives real business outcomes.
Specifically, the Data Science team is divided into two subteams: GTM Analytics and Product Analytics You would work on one of those teams based on your past experience and/or current interests, which would inform who your primary stakeholders are: GTM Analytics works closely with leaders across sales, account management, support, marketing, while Product Analytics partners closely with product managers, engineers, and designers. 
About the Role:As a Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist, you will provide invaluable insights to our product and/or business teams. You'll support impactful initiatives including pricing, packaging, multi-product strategies, and self-service approaches You will collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Account Management to translate data needs into powerful solutions You'll establish best practices in analytics and ensure high standards in data governance and insight generation. At the Senior level, you'll also mentor team members and help shape our analytics roadmap.

Your mission @ Aircall:

  • Partner with product and business leaders to define the analytics roadmap and deliver key projects in customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Provide actionable insights and compelling narratives to influence major decisions at the C-level.
  • Build a culture of experimentation by designing and executing rigorous A/B tests to measure business impact.
  • Work closely with data engineers to continuously improve the data stack, governance practices, and analysis quality.

A little about you:

  • 3+ years of hands-on technical experience in a high-growth environment (leveling based on experience and scope).
  • Proficiency in SQL for deriving insights and in Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Strong data visualization skills using tools such as Looker and Hex to communicate insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in data modeling and pipeline orchestration tools (e.g., dbt, Airflow).
  • Experience designing and executing rigorous experiments (A/B testing, statistical analysis).
  • Data-driven, structured, and solution-oriented in your approach to problems.
  • Excellent communicator who can explain complex data clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • You dig deeper when something doesn't add up and ship analyses that drive real decisions.

Preferred skills:

  • Ability to leverage AI (Cursor, Claude Code) and LLMs to accelerate workflows and enhance productivity — we use AI on a daily basis.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, or statistical forecasting.
