We areseekingaData Scientistto develop next-generation Security Analytics products You will work closely with engineers and product managers to prototype, design, develop, andoptimizedata-driven security solutions.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in machine learning,especially in the NLP/GenAI domain.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning models.

• Collaborate with Product Managementand cross-functional stakeholders to define problem statements, develop solution strategies, and design scalable ML systems

• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to buildGenAIcapabilities to drive business impact.

• Create insightful data visualizations, technical reports, and presentations to communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Deploy ML models in production and implement monitoring frameworksto ensure model performance, stability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• BS, MS, or Ph.D. inComputer Science, Statistics, or a related field

• 2-5 yearsof experience in Machine Learningprojects, including model development, deployment, and optimization.

• Deep understanding of ML algorithms, their mathematical foundations, and real-world trade-offs.

• ExpertiseinNLPtechniqueslikeNamed Entity Recognition,InformationRetrieval,Textclassification, Text-to-TextGenerationetc.

• Familiarity and working experience ofGenAIapplications,Experience withprompting,fine-tuningandoptimizingLLMs.

• Knowledge of recent advancements and trends inGenAI,demonstratinga commitment to continuous learning in this rapidly evolving field.

• Hands-on experience with ML frameworkssuch as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow,PyTorch,LangChain,vLLMetc.

• Strong programming skills in Pythonand/or Java

• Experience in SQL, Pandas, andPySparkfor efficient data manipulation.

• Familiarity with microservice architectures, CI/CD,MLOpsbest practices.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills; a collaborative team player

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with distributed computing frameworkssuch as Hadoop, Spark, and OpenSearch

• Published researchin AI/ML in peer-reviewed journals or top conferences(e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR).

• Prior experience applying AI/ML to cybersecurity use cases

• Basicproficiencyin Unix/Linux environmentsfor scripting and automation
