We are looking for Data Scientist to join our team at Bobcat.

As a Data Scientist at Bobcat, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, turning complex data into actionable insights. Are you passionate about developing machine learning and GenAI applications, collaborating with partners, and solving challenging business problems? We’re looking for someone who:

• Develop and deploy machine learning and GenAI applications with user-friendly designs.
• Implement best practices of ML/AI Ops to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of machine learning models in production environments.
• Collaborate with external partners to accelerate development and deployment of data science solutions.
• Incorporate the latest advanced analytics processes learned from external partners into our internal workflows and methodologies.
• Research, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning algorithms and predictive models to solve complex business problems.
• Identify relevant data sources and variables for analysis, leveraging both structured and unstructured data, to generate key insights for business improvement.

What sets you apart:

• +5 years of related work experince.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in programming language(s), preferably Python.
• Curiosity with ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
• Excellent teamwork/collaborative skills with ability to work independently and efficiently.
