We are seeking a Data Scientist Lead – Vice President to join Branch Channel Analytics and lead our Customer Journey and Anomaly Detection strategy across Consumer Banking and cross-Line of Business (LOB) experiences within the branch channel. You will build and continuously improve how we track, understand, and optimize end-to-end customer journeys—delivering an end-to-end credit card customer journey proof of concept, launching a multi-touch attribution framework, and evolving cross-LOB recommendations that optimize how clients are served through the branch channel. You will manage a team of four, partner closely with business and product stakeholders, and own delivery end-to-end—from problem framing and implementation through measurement and ongoing refinement.
