You will help our business react to changing business conditions with excellent data analysis. You will define the requirements, perform the analysis and identify patterns in large amounts of data.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Define requirements for analysis in a given business area and perform detailed analysis and identify trends defined in the requirements
  • Identify patterns and help the business react to changing business conditions
  • Perform root-cause analysis and interpret data
  • Work with large amounts of data such as facts, figures, and mathematics/formulas and undertake analytical activities and delivers analysis outputs in accordance with customer needs and conforming to established standards
  • Understand and be involved with aspects of the data science process
  • As the investigator on the data science team, you will apply your knowledge of languages and pull data out of SQL databases, using Tableau/Power BI type tools, and producing basic data visualizations and reporting dashboards

  • Develop key performance indicators and create visualizations of the data
  • Utilize business intelligence and analytics tool

Main Responsabilities:

Hands-on role responsible for the execution of demand and supply segmentation, statistical forecast generation, and the operational maintenance of data science tools and systems. This role requires strong technical skills in data manipulation, statistical modeling, and root-cause analysis to contribute directly to improving forecast accuracy and overall data science capabilities.

Career Experiences Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience in a data analysis, business intelligence, or junior data science role.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using programming languages such as Python (with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R.
  • Experience with SQL for querying and managing databases.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and forecasting software is a plus.
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
  • Advanced Spanish is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine predictive models to improve accuracy and business relevance.
  • Act as a technical back office, translating business needs into model adjustments (data granularity, pricing variables, new inputs).
  • Analyze model performance, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Design and run experiments (test & learn) to validate new hypotheses and inputs.
  • Integrate and manage multiple data sources, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Train, tune, and maintain models and analytical tools.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to test assumptions and support decision-making.
  • Incorporate business drivers (e.g., pricing, promotions, share) into models and continuously enhance outputs.
